In addition, Fonico, LLC has successfully filed US termination rights to over 140 compositions not currently in their repertoires which over the coming years will add to the existing catalogs and substantially increase their earnings and sync opportunities.

We work at researching and filing for our artists Section 304c and 203 Copyright renewal grant terminations with the Copyright Office. We have successfully filed with the US Copyright Office for over 140 songs which have or will be returned to the songwriters control after 56 or 35 years. After the effective dates of US termination, we work hard at claiming them back from their former publishing companies and migrating that revised catalog information to all interested parties.
We also research and represent our artists in claiming and receiving Neighboring Rights from Europe where and if applicable and registering their song catalogs in the proper formats (CWR, CSV, Excel) with CMO's around the world to get better streaming rates and faster pay from Europe, LATAM, and Asia.
Through our third party agreements we search, identify, and back invoice LATAM DSPs and content users for mechanical royalties from hard to monetize territories.
We seek and negotiate sync licensing for our clients and work with music supervisors to develop relationships beneficial to all parties. We work with third party providers to police, find, and claim all applicable YouTube royalties from mechanical, public performance, and sync license royalties.
WE PROVIDE VITAL METADATA CLEANSING AND ANALYTICS
We review and analyze what you don't want to. We access, monitor and collate all artist streaming information for our artists. We utilize Chartmetric, Jaxsta, Luminate, along with data and metrics on our clients repertoires derived directly from Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Pandora, Deezer, Google Play, Napster, YouTube, Impel, Sacem, LatinAutor, Backoffice, and others. We utilize Julius AI and other limited AI platforms to assist us in basic royalty forensics and research to uncover missing or inadequately or contractually paid royalties. We cross-check against our artists statements to find and claim any missing repertoire data.
Our data consistently shows our artists biggest audience is much younger and geographically more diverse than expected. The growth and usage of catalog recordings and compositions leads in all metrics versus newer music.
